DMC Soft Cotton Retors Mat 2168 is a premium-quality matte tapestry thread made from 100% long-staple cotton. Its unique structure provides strength, softness, and a pleasant texture while working. The thread is 5-ply, non-divisible, and undergoes special processing (combing and singeing) to remove fuzz and create a perfectly smooth surface.

Retors Mat is ideal for creating bulky stitches, decorative embroidery, and tapestries. Thanks to its matte finish and density, it can replace wool thread, giving projects expressive volume and richness.

The extensive palette of 285 colors allows you to easily select the perfect shade for any project. It works especially well with 25, 27, and 28 ct fabrics (10-12 threads per cm), where it delivers the best results.
