Delivery
Orders are shipped within 1-3 days after payment or confirmation of shipment by cash on delivery. In general, we send all parcels "day by day" if the order is paid for before 15.00.
Sending by Ukrposhta - every day, except weekends
Sending by Novaya Poshta - from Monday to Friday, except for Sundays and holidays. We also ship parcels on Saturday mornings.
We have free delivery from UAH 3,000 (only for Ukraine). Payment for delivery is made at our expense by Nova Poshta and Ukrposhta. The commission for the transfer of funds in case of post-payment is carried out by the buyer regardless of the amount of the order

Payment to Privatbank/Monobank account
Payment to the official account is made through online banking/at the cash desk of any bank branch or at a self-service terminal. When choosing payment to the account, delivery of the order is possible after receipt of funds in our current account. It may take 1-3 business days.

After placing the order, the store manager will send you payment details to your viber/telegram/e-mail/sms message, which you can pay through online banking/at the cash desk of any bank branch or at a self-service terminal.
Payment by card on the website
Payment of the order online with a Visa or MasterCard bank card. Delivery of goods is possible only after confirmation of payment.
You can pay for your order online with a Visa or MasterCard bank card. Payment by credit cards is carried out in the following way: when placing an order on the website, you will be asked to choose a payment method. In the Payment column, you need to select Liqpay (no commission), Visa, Mastercard Payment - WayForPay (2.2% commission)
After that, you will be redirected to the page of the bank's secure payment system, where you will need to confirm the payment.
Cash on delivery by Nova Poshta
Payment is made after the buyer has checked the composition of the parcel for compliance with the order and the sales receipt exclusively in the national currency. We draw your attention to the fact that upon receipt of the parcel at the branch of the carrier company or from the courier and payment, you sign the act of acceptance and handover, which confirms the fact that the parcel has been checked for compliance with your order, and also agrees with the appearance of the product, its configuration and has no complaints to the online store and carrier company.
International orders
Buyers from other countries will receive details for payment only after assembly, weighing and calculation of delivery to the destination country. Customers from other countries pay the delivery and the amount of the order in advance.
Return of goods
The return of the goods is carried out at the expense of the Buyer.
If the product was defective or the wrong order was placed, shipping services are carried out at our expense. You can return the defective product within 14 days of receiving it from the transport company.
Refunds for defective goods or goods that were not available when the order was placed (but you paid for it) take up to 3 working days to a Privatbank card.
Refund of funds to a bank card of another bank (the card must be issued on the territory of Ukraine; the currency of the card is hryvnia)
The term of transfer of funds is up to 3 working days. Deposits and withdrawals according to the tariffs of your card.
